Wow, whip, whip, whip, sliiiide!
I've yet to try a whip or slide, though I'm sure they are top notch. I've only had the gen6 but it was a great machine. Excited for the g8!
Nice collection of machines though it looks a bit too coil heavy lol![]()
That it does should have seen it last year, give me another month or so an it will be off the chain I have a few goodies on my hit list.
Very nice homie!! I stripped out my gen 6 vice screw by over tightening, totally my fault but I've been gun shy about pulling the trigger on another swash since. I wish they would just make a damn aluminum insert so I wouldn't have to worry or be so over conscious about it. I know if I got a whip or a slide I'd have a panic attack every time I had to setup ,but i want one so bad still. haha.
I've never had any issues with mine I tighten them up pretty snug.
Been waiting to hear that since the gen 6 homie. It may be time to give em a go again. How do you set up your whips and what do you use them for primarily if you don't mind my asking?
very nice collection a nice bit of porn there mate![]()
Mick I usually run one with the small weight on for line work an run it about 9-10.5 volts depending on skin an location. I usually like to leave a lot of needle hanging out which works great if you have your hand control under control.I like to set multiple ones up for different line weight as well.As far as shading I really haven't played a whole lot with them for that I set up my vivace and Bishop for that.
