Can anyone tell which is positive and negative top or bottom on the neotat thanks and sorry for sounding dumb

Traditionally speaking my understanding is that the bottom is always positive. I have always set up that way. As for the NeoTat I believe it is that way as well. But you could always remove the back plate and look for the red wire to know for certain.

The pegs usually have a red band on them as well to indicate the pos side.

I was going to say that about the Vivace, but I don't know about the regular NeoTat.

Regular one doesn't have the red band and me and machines taking them apart they probably end up broke

Who makes the neotat would I be able to send them a message o find out love the machine just don't wont to compromise the motor by second guessing
