Try to watch your posture while tattooing, put your client at a hight/postion that saves you from bending your back and find a tables/chairs or stools that will help you do that. Next to that I could really recomment to go to a licensed chiroprator every once in a while. I go every 4 to 6 weeks and it has helped me a lot.
Don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk.
I had a lot of back pain
recently i bought one of these..... And my back pain is totally gone
it is a. Very good quality chair for a good price....
Herman Miller Aeron if you have the money.
.
Think I'm gonna go with a combination of using a "Kneeling Chair", daily stretching and such and regular chiropractor/naprapath/massage visits.. while paying more attention to using a better posture while working..
Thanks again all the nice folks out there for sharing your thoughts.
We must take more care about us.. otherwise shit in the body will brake n stuff.
Peace y'all..!!!
Winds of shit...
Tatsoul Chair, flip it backwards and straddle, takes pressure off lower back, will never go back to a stool.
Dont sit on your wallet, stretch once an hour, move the client not your neck.
I bought one of these on the recommendation of my chiro. It has been a miracle! My lower back / sciatic / sacrum problems are gone. Takes some getting used to because it keeps your pelvis from rolling under like it normally does as we hunch over. Less than $15 goes right on the seat you are using now.
