Last time I checked the Noxid machines were a virtual copy of Roman's early machines but hey nothing is new anymore really and the application of the finished product in the right hands is what should matter most.

the people first made a ROTARY with ARMATURE BAR connected by standard SPRING, was not ROMAN, was JAPANESE guy from WIZARD TATTOO SUPPLY,
about the SYSTEM FOR CHANGE STROKE on ROTARY was first made by NOXID, not by ROMAN....
