    I had a Santa Maria, & they are smooth. They have a great Maxon motor & built great. The Pinta is the HM color machine so I would start @ 8volt & go up depending on how fast you want to move.

    We recomemd 5.5volts upto 8.5 volts...
    It is a 12volt motor so its up to you and your hand speed etc. I would start at 6.5 or 7 volts and from there you can go up or down on volts to your needs.
