Stigma hyper V3 brand new not running well, help please

Before I shoot emails to stigma I was wondering if this was a quick fix( hope it is.... Waited a while if this one.... Got over sold.... And after having to wait to be restocked...

Many stigma is not working properly.... Out of the box... Have only run for 2-3 seconds and it barely runs.

its like the swash drive was never lubed.... Or the lube got mixed up with a bottle of syrup.....
it's just so hard to spin....

and to get it to run it has to be at 8.5 volts....

so rather than dick around with it....

I am hoping this is a quick fix

    thanks

so yeah it was just that little screw on the very top was over tightened...

I held the swash plate( where the grommet goes and the adjustment "give" knob)
and lightly turned it counter clockwise.

For some reason this felt like the right thing to do..... I just lucked out I guess

I turned the screw using a small screw driver. While holding the swash plate still.

So hard to describe and not want to reword it ever 10 minutes
