So, I found him on facebook and asked him about a felt washer that had flown off my machine. I wasn't sure what to replace it with (when it had flown off and landed inside my machine bag, my machine was much noisier). I told him what happened, and how I had purchased the machine a few months ago from an artist who must have been tired of explaining things when they were asked negatively about the swastika design on the front plate. He's going to send me some replacement parts in the mail!

I heard from other people that he's really friendly to talk to - I would most definitely confirm that!
