I haven't seen anyone mention Don Colling. He builds both coils and rotos. Super solid builds. Everything is a one off and his rotos are hard to come by. And to date I don't think i've ever seen someone resell one of his spinners.

Jay Brown is another old schooler pumping out some nice coils. Due to health issues he doesn't tattoo much anymore. He's got some great deals on coils right now because he's trying to raise money to support the Northwest Tattoo Museum he started.

Also Larry Hanks is building the coils too. He casts them himself and sells raw frames as well. He's either in AZ or HI depending on the season.
