Actually, I don't know what you mean..?
I know Burlakov here made a few on his machines if I'm not mistaken.. you just fit them on the vice screw.. if I remember it right..

hahahahaha good one mate that was exactly what i was talking about.it fits on the vice screw(only machines that have it on top) i saw a tattooist who had it on all of his machines even on his mikey sharpz and i never asked where he found them.
