    well i'm not saying this or that
    but ive got good contacts over at maxon ,falhauber and escap
    if they tell me it's clockwise , then i believe em

    i prefer to listen to company's producing the product , then someone using it to make something of it
    just my to cents

    All good man,, if u say clock wise then its clockwise, as u have much more experience. apologies on the misinformaiton

    ive had so many different answers to this question and so many good explanations to the answers that its become hard to believe anybody anymore lol, I just run it both ways and whatever way works better for me is the way it gets run.

    if u run it counter clockwise , the brushes-lifespan is shorted drasticly...
    as for the direction , if u use clipcord connections , just put a multimeter / voltmeter between and look for the positive negative connection
    you will see if u connect it the right way , ull see the voltages going trough it , if not you see a - in front on the display
    if u run it the normal way with this in mind, you will see in what direction the motor turns
