mine broke on the second tattoo. apparently polarities had the motor turning the wrong way so the whole cam broke. this was months ago. supposedly, a new cam was going to the mailbox, months ago. its been quite a while, i messaged last time to no response. so i would write a review, but i never got more than 15 mins out of it. at this point im not mad, just kinda wish i had the $200 somethin bucks i spent on it

That sucks a lot. I can't imagine that the hub is a super expensive piece. I would imagine that would be the easiest piece for them to replace.
