repaired stigma

i dropped my stigma hyper 3. fuckin bummer. so i sends it back to em, and has em repair it. they says to me, tested and working perfectly. when i got it back i couldnt get it running. i figured it might be my lesser power supply so i ordered the new eikon. still havent had a lot of luck. i finally got it running, but its taking 5-8 extra volts and still running slow, so im scared to tattoo with it for fear of burning the motor and sending it back again. i dont know what to do, apparently they dont yet either. anyone have an experience like this? or any insight would be appreciated. thanks- eric
