    A Gentlemans Rotary...

    Okie Dokie!

I was asked to make something a little different for a forum member who already owns a couple of my machines... and so I did just that

This has been sat in my 'to be continued' drawer for quite some time now whilst I wrapped my head around its finished aesthetic, and now it's ready it'll be on its way to a true gentleman (hence the name)

Thanks for your patience buddy, it'll be on its way asap

    The Particulars
    Ebony frame
    Brass inlaid spine
F*cking beautiful (even if I do say so myself )

    Behold!!!

(I have 139 more pictures but it's just too hard to choose the best ones)

Oh, and if admin could delete the white box below with the separate "attached thumbnail' in it I'd be very grateful

It might the fanciest rotary I ve ever seend. I always said that rotaries didn't have "soul" (compared to coils) but holy shit, this one is an awesome gem, well crafted and beautiful !! that's a keeper !

Hmmm.... I never really gave it much thought

I'd love to say 'Yes! spot on, that's actually why I did that!' but that would be a lie

    Very possibly though

Anybody who has handled a regular Old Timer will agree that they are pretty good on the vibration front, it was more an excuse to make something beautiful, and ebony (in my eyes) is the nicest and closest thing to brass that I've found - its just beautiful to work with, and has an honesty that other woods don't respect

*Note to self - overuse of the word beautiful

    Really beautiful indeed! Classy!

At first I thought that those pins on the side were really small clippy connections.
    Winds of shit...
