Dragon fly give cap broke

I recently got a dragonfly and the give cap wont stay on... some thin metal o-ring came out of the inside of the cap.
Anyone have this happen?
Will ink machines ship a new cap?

THERE is a small metal ring inside the dragon fly give cap that rests in a small slit that you see around the give tip ... it is made to rest in there and spin without lifting off

i have a hyper stigma if u whined it out to much the screw cap flys off i only give it 2 turns now

If the cap keeps flying off you can get a clip thats a hair thicker or just do what I did. I cut a piece of electrical tape in half vertically making the strip of tape thinner. then with the cap off I laid the tape against the frame vertically covering just part of the little groove that the metal clip/ ring sits inside of. Then I put the clip in the cap, snapped the cap on and trimmed the tape with a razor. I dont know if that fixes everyones problem but it fixed mine.
