    My new to me LOD

    image.jpgLOD in its new home. Only done a few tattoos wi it so far, but the thing runs from pretty soft short throw to long throw with slight give.... All with a few sliders on your iPad... The official app runs his soo much better than the other apps out there. Only weird thing so far is the cartridges are kinda tight ! Oh and it gets a little hot if you run it with a long stroke and a ton of power.

    My issue is the price over 1200.00 US dollars and its not droid compatible. You can buy a lot of good machines for that price.

    It is compatible with droid, you just have to use a different app, not the one dmitry wrote for it, so it doesnt have all of the presets and such... but it will work.

    Meh, I hear ya 1200 is a lot, especially if you had to buy 4 or 5 of um.... But ya only need one.

    this machine always has slight give.. But it really does hit plenty hard. I was all about no give till trying the stylus s and that changed my thinking a bit. For me the slight give almost lines and packs color easier. I'm back and forth on which setup I like the best. But between the LOD,stylus's, flite, and Cheyenne stuff I'm set machine wise... Haha unless some more cool cartridges specific machines come out soon.

    The black one is a coworkers, my other stylus is getting repaired at the moment. Love my stylus' I end up using them the most outta everything.
