I got this done on my forearm by Christian Perez. He used three spektra halos with an 8rs, 9m, and 15m with a 4mm stroke. Took about 3.5 hours

Not the best picture but you get the idea. All freehand. This guy is a genius. My first time getting tattooed by rotaries and man o man are they smooth. Can't wait to get a halo now after seeing them in action.
