would it be possible to use a kubin arm on it? they look kinda similar. just wondering

No idea, you would need to measure one. But I don't think that would give you the full Kubin experience. My understanding his give system relies on the bar and the crank arm. I doubt that the parts would be completely swappable. Besides why would you want to? Each machine has its own merits.
