    Stingray vs. Gen8 for lining?

I have and still use a Stingray for lining and have yet to find one that does so well. Can anyone who has experience with both of these reply with a comparison, specifically in the area of line work? - thanks

i think the lines are more coil like with the gen8 and i have more options to get my lines with the give and the weights . My lines are not thin when healed

The Gen 8 is by far the best rotary I've ever lined with. It lays down a solid nice consistent line as close as a coil as you can get. The EGO is also a great liner for small grouping stuff too.

yes the ego is in second row for lining but with the gen8 i have a better balance ,low vibration and more precision for me - the ego is very adjustable with the triangles and not expensive . I knowing a lot of people prefer a whip with weights for lining like a coil but i think is similar to the gen8
