    Early generations of this machine where mostly junk. I think a handful actually worked and could tattoo. Better to not bother with these unless you are feeling lucky. If you search rotar you might find a few heated threads on the subject.

    Proably tattoos better than the nedz mr03. I bet you can atleast struggle through one tattoo with the rotar... not the case with the mr03
