I got these machines in a trade, already noticed in the pics provided before the trade they probably needed a good cleaning. But I love a good coil machine and I will polish and clean if it's worth the effort. As they arrived I couldn't have been more right... Although they ran pretty nice. They were dirty and even worse they were really smelly...

These were way beyond a state I could clean them my self. (Believe me I tried...) Luckily I have a good friend working steel, so I took them apart, cleaned the parts I could clean my self and asked my friend to clean the frames for me. After an ultra sonic bath, some precision sandblasting, heat treating and clear coating these puppies are sparkley new and performing better then when I recieved them. Absolute gems!

If there's one thing that is reaaaaaaheaaally important to me is that I work with clean machines that are in no way smelly! I always bag my machines and clean them down after every use, which is a small investment to keep every machine with as little wear as possible.
