Cheyenne pen chips problem???

Hello everyone, I hope business is going well !!! I wanted to know if you also had problems with your cheyenne hawk pen, because in 2 my two hawk pen have broken, one the engine has completely stopped (with the one I use the critical as power Supply) and my partner's second, the engine seems to be unable to start strong enough, (cheyenne pu2 as power supply) as I live in canada its suck to send this back in my supplier, for sending back to cheyenne again.. anyways a i dont have choice, but you guys any trouble with ? any experience with the worst customer service ever?
8 month of use and boum!!!
now i use fehu fron axys, feell pretty good but for me little less power than my thunder( well i know another cheyenne haha)
in this industry, customer service and fast shipping are the most important..
