I got a machine i a trade a couple weeks ago and I don't know if my clip cord's tension is too much or what but it shot off like a 22 cal bullet! I wrote Dale and even tho I didn't buy it from him, I got it in a trade he sent me a new motor right out! I was trying to at least pay shipping but he refused and sent it right out! Now thats some F-ing great customer service there and the machine kicks ass.
