i know i have heard n read some horror stories about the rotar machine but does n e one know if things have gotten better? its such a nice looking machine. i have been staying away bc how many negative reviews were posted. I'm hoping heir customer service n their machine gets better so we can feel better about dealing with them. dare to dream i guess.lol.
