    Neotat Vivace spring broke

spring.jpg Ive used this vivace for less than 20 hours. I use it for solid black or color only with 7&13 mags. I run it from 8-8.5 volts on CX1 critical power supply. Has anyone had this problem?

When you're putting the slider back in place, you have to make sure to hold the spring up over the detent in the body, under the spring. If that makes any sense. That's how I bent and broke a spring. Maybe it's just me. Regardless, if you have a problem Neotat are awesome to work with! Mine was louder than it should have been. I made sure it was not overlubed and sent it in. They replaced the bearing on the motor and shipped it back. All for free and within a week.

Thanks for all the input. Serial I appreciate the offer and help. The machine came with extra springs,I just wanted to know if anyone had similar issues or if I was doing something wrong. That's the reason I posted here. Thanks everyone for the feedback.

be sure to not get any lube on the spring or in the divot on frame and in the sliders hole-it will make it have loud noise issues and allso cause the spring to act wonky and cause drag-only light lube the slider and frame channel. FKI Oil paired with superlube works great-just at a drop on each surface air after spreading the super lube on -this is what works for me and others.

Thanks for that info, the machine didn't come with any instructions on how to grease it up.
