I have posted twice today both from a computer and from my phone and both those times I had the text changing as I typed. At this time it is operating normal......weird??

I have windows 8, and for some reason when I type from my computer, it doesn't seem to pick up all my key strokes, and I have to go back and correct everything and it sometimes takes me pushing the same key two to three times. when I first start to type its all good, but half way thru it starts to do this, I have no idea why, but I cant find a way to fix it. not sure that's what your saying but ive been wanting to figure out why it does this?

then went dragging a pic it started moving away from the drag point like one of those trick sites.
