Ok I am going to be doing the powder coating myself. Cost will be the cost of the powder. You can look at the colors I am offering on their website. www.powderbythepound.com When you send me your email for your order let me know the color and I will send you a total for the machine, color, and shipping via Paypal. Turn around time is 7-10 days from the time Paypal clears your funds. Cost is $395.00 for the machine, springs, and allen wrenches to clean as well as change the give springs. [email protected] Most colors are $25.00 or less, shipping is $6.10- $58.00 depending on where in the world you live. I ship to most countries where FedEx goes. Cary

The give springs are preloaded and changed via the set screw in the top of the piston. No figuring out where you had it last, just put the same spring in and you are done.Attachment 12943
I've seen something like that somewhere....

There is fewer parts and the drive system is more durable. There are only 3 moving parts in the whole machine. I have done away with the connecting rod and the the wrist pin as well as the screw and bearing. I use a cam follower now and it has the 3 built in strokes like all my machines. The give system is more refined with myself doing all the machining I can get better tolerences than having someone else run my parts and not giving a damn on fit and function. All parts are made by myself except the motors which are the same ones in the Rapier II. This is the Rapier III model.

Not even close. The Rapier III has 3 different give springs and 3 strokes built into the machine. The give system is exactly like the Treasure Chest as well as the crank system. I took all the pluses of all my machines and put into this one.
