    Universal clipcord...fits any machine jack

here is a new product I'm working on (inspired by this very board)..Since there are all kinds of machines out there utilizing different jacks, and I know, especially here, people are using more than one builders machines I thought I would make a "universal" clipcord. Say you like to line with a coil machine but color with a rotary (such as the rapier or the neotat), you would have to change cords..not anymore..Its simple really, my universal clipcord is based off a 1/4" male to 1/4" male instrument cord (like a guitar cord) thats a 6.3mm male to 6.3mm male for our european friends..you would have the one cord and I've made several attachments. I have 3.5mm (1/8") right angle and straight attachments,2.5mm (3/32") right angle and straight attachments,RCA right angle and straight, and a standard clipcord...
you can just pop off the one attachment and pop on the next using the same cord.

you coul also customize your kit with one of several different types of cords. they have neon cords, vintage cloth covered tweed cords (my favorite),bullet cables with skulls or grenades or dice ends,or you could just go and get a regular cord from radio shack for 5.00..another good thing about the cords is they come in many different sizes from 12" all the way up to 20ft. long

I've attached a picture of the attachments here (sorry its late and I've been soldering for the last few hours). I hope to film a youtube video soon demonstrating these attachments in use. I've been using them for about 3 months now with no problems1.jpg

That's an awesome idea Thom and sure beats fumbling around digging out different cables only to get them tangled up with each other.
