The shipping to Canada was pretty reasonable especially if you pick the faster option. I think it arrived in two days? If they had US distribution with the exchange from pound sterling to USD would price it way out of the market after a distributor would have to mark it up and also factor in the shipping, duties, taxes etc.

Yeah man ordered mine on Monday and they were here the next Monday. By far the best tubes ever.
