I usually post my new drawings up on facebook first, but this time I felt the need to post on here first. Thanks to the advice from various members feel as though I am moving in the right direction. Used my usual HB and 2B mechanical pencils but implemented some new techniques and different paper on this one and thoroughly enjoyed itold chap.JPG

Nice man! Love the texture, and especially the little hairs up the top, nailed it. I think you also nailed the contrast on this too, awesome work. Only critique I could have is with the part on the upper lip, not sure if its a scar or snot haha, it looks a little less natural than the rest. However, I am on my phone, so it could just be me
