I must say this is the prettiest designed machine after Aaron Cains biomechanical damascus machine that costs $1800. Excellent work!!!
How long is the stroke on this one?

Thanks again chaps, for all of your input. To be likened to an Aaron Cain is just unbelievable!

This one is quite a short stroke, around 2.5mm I think (but don't quote me on that... I made about half a dozen cams trying to decide on the nicest one and can't remember which one i ended up going with)

    Anywho... on with the show

    The Particulars
Australian Truffle wood (very very rare indeed) frame and inlays
    Brass spine and motor casing
Double locking vice (an absolute bitch to machine, but really very simple - it has an internal profiled 'slide'; left knob adjusts depth of travel, right knob clamps it down)

A bit tasty (again, not one to blow my own trumpet)

    Behold (again)!!!

I know your avatar says direct drive, and its pry a stupid question, but do you make/ or ever plan to make any other style rotary, linear, swash, spring, etc.? just wondering because I love the way you do your machines, especially the way you do the vices, but I don't really feel dd machines so much and would love to have a one off from you in a different style maybe. your machines, are unique and beautiful, thanks.
