I have both . hyper is a swashplate design and non adjustable stroke apart from the give but hits fairly soft on its hardest setting and the bizarrev2 is linear with interchangable excenters so yo can change the stroke . bizarrev2 is pretty similar to the ls dragonfly imo.
I may be parting with my bizarre soon only because I have other machines similar and want to try other things

The biggest difference to the dragonfly and the hyper to me is weight, dragonfly is way lighter. Both perform excellent at both BnG and color. Hyper has more give, but consistantly smooth give because its a swash-drive, overall both are well adjustable. The dragonfly has a more sculpted flow feel, organic really and impeccable craftsmanship, the hyper is on par with quality but seems more stout and has a beefy industrial frame, but because of its compactness it is still nimble. It's really a toss up, I'd be happy with either
